Dr. Mamar Al-Khalel holds a Ph.D. in Digital Media. He currently serves as the Director of Training at the London Academy of Media and Public Relations, where he manages training programs .

His professional experience includes advisory roles such as Training Consultant for the Saudi Ministry of Housing and former Research Consultant at the Strategic Research Center of King Khalid University. He has collaborated with Dr. Saad Al-Saud, Dean of the College of Media at Imam University, on academic and media projects.

Dr. Al-Khalel has managed several media initiatives, including sehaonline, Al-Elam Network, and The Full Story Magazine.
He has conducted more than 300 training sessions in leadership, media, public speaking, protocol, and public relations.

He has participated in international conferences and has been invited as a media commentator on television programs.
