Imad held key leadership roles in companies like Currys, Huawei, and BlackBerry, driving strategy, service design, operations and assurance, as well as process and business architecture. Imad’s cross-sector experience also spans consulting, the UK national security and defence, retail, energy, public sector and finance. Imad holds a BSc (with honours) in Computing Science from Staffordshire University and is certified in Agile SAFe, ITIL4, and Prince2.
