Sharef is a qualified solicitor with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Damascus University (1994) and over 10 years of legal practice. He is committed to supporting justice reform in Syria and, through SBPN, aims to contribute to building strong legal frameworks and promoting equality under a future Syrian government.
