An architect with extensive international experience in central project management for large-scale developments. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Damascus University (2005) and dual Master’s degrees from Damascus University and Hiroshima University.

With a career spanning Japan, the UK, the Middle East, Europe, and the Gulf, Samer has led and supported mega-projects in collaboration with leading Japanese construction firms. His transcultural background and global exposure enable him to deliver innovative, context-sensitive solutions to complex architectural and managerial challenges.
